Forty & Fabulous is Fading Fast- Day 2

Hey, friends!  Just giving a quick update on my personal 30 day weight loss goal.

The only sugar I’ve had  in the last 2 days came in the form of fresh fruit.  I am fully aware that a big wedge of watermelon is NOT an ideal bedtime snack.  It is better than a bowl of ice cream though!  I mean, come on!  I have to look at the positive.  I’ve stayed away from carbs with the exception of a few corn chips (I’m gluten free, remember.) and a corn tortilla.

As for the exercise, I have managed so far.  Yesterday my regular workout and today a nice long walk with the dog.  I even skipped coffee this morning.  I’m glad it’s nice out.  It makes it a lot easier to get up and get out.  I won’t bore you with daily details.  I did see there were a lot of you either on fb or here that share the same struggle so I just wanted to let you know I didn’t quit on day 2.

Tomorrow I’m online shopping for swimsuits.  It’s less painful that way.
